Shaitaan box office collection: A spooky movie starring Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, and Jyotika has made nearly 75 crore rupees in India within just six days.
Ajay Devgn’s spooky movie, “Shaitaan,” has made over 100 crore rupees globally. According to Sacnilk.com, it achieved this milestone on its fifth day, Tuesday. The same source reports that on the sixth day, Wednesday, it added around 6.25 crore rupees to its earnings in India, making a total of about 74 crore rupees so far.
Shaitaan’s gross box office collection
According to Sacnilk.com, the movie “Shaitaan” has made about 80 crore rupees in India and around 20 crore rupees overseas in just five days. It’s the third Hindi movie this year, after “Fighter” with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, and “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” with Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, to reach this milestone. Overall, it’s the seventh Indian film of the year to earn over 100 crore rupees worldwide.
Shaitaan box office collection: Jyotika’s first ₹100 crore film
According to the portal, “Shaitaan” is Ajay Devgn’s third movie in a row, after the Covid-19 pandemic, to cross the 100 crore rupees mark at the global box office. His previous films, “Drishyam 2” and “Bholaa,” also achieved this milestone. Additionally, he has appeared in successful movies like “RRR” and “Gangubai Kathiawadi” in supporting roles.
For Jyotika, who returned to Bollywood after more than twenty years, “Shaitaan” is her first movie to earn over 100 crore rupees. For R Madhavan, it’s his third film to achieve this milestone. Director Vikas Bahl also achieved his second movie to earn over 100 crore rupees after 2019’s “Super 30,” starring Hrithik Roshan.
Shaitaan’s India collection
According to the portal, “Shaitaan” started with earnings of around 14.75 crore rupees in India on Friday. Its collections increased to about 18.75 crore rupees on Saturday and reached around 20 crore rupees on Sunday. However, on its first Monday, the movie earned around 7.25 crore rupees. On Tuesday and Wednesday, it collected approximately 6.5 crore rupees and roughly 6.25 crore rupees, respectively.
